Rigcolo is operated by Pursuit Link Inc. Use of the Rigcolo website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. The site is intended for lawful inquiries regarding ASIC mining hardware and hosting.

Quotes generated through the Rigcolo site are estimates provided for informational purposes. A quote does not constitute a binding offer or a contract of sale. Pricing, availability, and hosting terms are subject to change and to written confirmation at the time of order.

Hardware sale terms — including payment, delivery, warranty, and returns — are confirmed in writing at the time of order. Specifications and images on the site are provided for reference and may vary by manufacturer revision.

Bundled hosting is provided under separate hosting terms referenced at the time of order and is delivered through vetted partner facilities in the Rigcolo network. Details of the hosting model are described on the Hosting page.

Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Pursuit Link Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigcolo and Pursuit Link Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from the purchase of hardware or hosting. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
