Frequently asked questions

Common questions about buying ASIC mining hardware and vetted hosting from Rigcolo.

How does buying work?
Rigcolo is quote-based. Browse the catalog, add hardware, and request a quote — per-machine pricing, availability, and bundled hosting terms are returned. A quote is an estimate and is not a binding offer; pricing and availability are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
How does hosting work?
Bundled hosting can be added to any machine quote, or a buyer-provided facility can be used. Hosting is delivered through vetted partner facilities in the Rigcolo network nationwide.
Where do machines ship?
A machine with bundled hosting ships to the selected partner facility, where it is racked, powered, and brought online. A self-hosted machine ships to the buyer-provided facility.
What does “vetted” mean?
Partners in the Rigcolo network are screened for uptime, security, and fair power pricing.
How does a facility become a hosting partner?
A facility creates a partner account and submits a listing through the partner flow. Submissions are reviewed by an admin before going live, and the public directory listing is anonymized — only the facility state, power-rate range, description, and photos appear.
What about payment, warranty, and returns?
Hardware sale terms — including payment, delivery, warranty, and returns — are confirmed in writing at the time of order. Warranty length is shown per machine on its catalog page. Questions can be sent to info@rigcolo.com.
How is contact handled?
