This Privacy Policy describes how Rigcolo, operated by Pursuit Link Inc., handles information collected through the Rigcolo website, including the quote flow. Rigcolo is based in the State of Tennessee, United States.

Information collected

Rigcolo collects information submitted through the quote form, including name, email address, phone number, and company name. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be collected automatically through standard web server logs and cookies.

How information is used

Collected information is used to respond to quote requests, process hardware and hosting inquiries, communicate about orders, and improve the Rigcolo service. Personal information is not sold.

Information sharing

Information may be shared with hosting partners and service providers strictly as needed to fulfill a quote or order — for example, to arrange delivery to a partner facility. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Rigcolo, customers, and the public.
